The World Cup isn't
the only athletic event making headlines.
There's a great world game coming to Minnesota in
August.
The National Beep Baseball World Series games are being held for the
second time in Rochester, MN
just a short drive from the Twin Cities.
It is super fun to be part of this event and cheer on these terrific
athletes.
You can't imagine how hard the visually challenged athletes play, they put
the pros to shame.
The games start on Tuesday, August 3rd and run through Friday, August 6th
with 7 games at each time slot.
Games are played on seven fields at the Rochester complex. Each game needs
9 volunteers to help on the field.
You can volunteer to be a Base Ump, Scorekeeper or many other positions.
Don't worry, you don't have to be in 'game shape' - the volunteer's work
is not physically challenging.
You just have to be in shape to have fun! The championship game will held
on Saturday morning on one field.
We really need your help. It would be a great activity for the whole
family
children under 13 can assist an adult and 13 and over can hold a position.

their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an
underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and

the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for
advertising.
